We are a non-smoking home that's 7 years old and is nestled in a quiet country setting with hiking and biking trails just outside our front door.
Nature lovers can watch Black Chinned & Rufous humming birds feeding from our deck, view eagles soaring overhead, and see deer feeding nearby. There also have been sightings of Osprey, Crossbill, and Williamson Sapsucker in our ponds. Our property ends on the shore of Lake Okanagan with only a short distance across a road to the water.
Facilities
2 wineries and 3 lakes 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Airport 10 minutes away.
Amenities
Internet hook up, washing machine & dryer, gas fireplace, & hammocks.
Activities
Hiking, biking, golfing, skiing 1 hour away, satellite TV with tons of VHS movie and 6 commercial free movie channels.
Rates
Per couple-$70 shared washroom/$90 ensuite. Subtract $10 for off season. Less $10 for seniors.
Kids
Kids welcome as long as they're well behaved. They aren't running around, screaming, fighting or being messy. We want to make all guests visit enjoyable.
Pets
No pets allowed- we have a dog who loves people but not other pets.
